While climbing the Patna Bakhtiyarpur four-lane road, an uncontrolled tractor hit a bike. Two people were seriously injured in this incident. After the incident, the local people admitted both the injured youths to Khusrupur PHC, where the doctor gave them first aid. But seeing the serious condition of the injured, the doctors referred them to Patna NMCH for better treatment. The incident took place near Hemjapur village of Khusrupur police station area. The injured were identified as Deep Vijay Singh, son of cooperative leader Vijay Kumar Singh, resident of Congress Maidan of Barh police station area and Pramod Kumar, son of late Ramswarth Singh.
Accident happened during flood
Regarding the incident, local people told that Deep Vijay Singh and Pramod Kumar were both returning from Patna to their home in Congress Maidan in Barh on the same bike. Meanwhile, while climbing the four-lane near Hemjapur, an uncontrollable tractor hit the bike, in which both were injured. Both were immediately admitted to Khusrupur PHC, where the doctor gave them first aid. But seeing the serious condition of the injured, the doctors referred them to Patna NMCH for better treatment. Currently, both are undergoing treatment at NMCH.
NHAI accused
As soon as the information about the incident was received, the local police reached the spot and started investigating. The local people alleged that accidents keep happening here every day. There is only one makeshift way to get on and off the four-lane road here. The common people have been demanding for a long time to get on and off the four-lane road, but the NHAI is not paying attention to it.
